We offer bespoke ISO & GMP cleanrooms, quick-to-install modular cleanrooms, and efficient laminar flow cabinets. Our services extend beyond construction to include validation, calibration, training, and consumables. Our goal is to create and maintain effective cleanrooms tailored to industry needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager, based in Halton, Lancaster with some work-from-home flexibility. The Key Account Manager will manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. Daily tasks include business planning, analytical assessment, customer service, and effective account management to meet client requirements and company targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing data and making informed decisions
- Ability to build a sales pipeline and continuously hit targets
- Experience in Account Management and Key Accounts
- Proficiency in Business Planning
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid remote/on-site work environment
- Familiarity with cleanroom standards and requirements is a plus but not essential
