The main benefit of a predesigned cleanroom is that you completely avoid the design stage and move directly on to the construction phase, which is not possible when undertaking a custom-built cleanroom project, greatly reducing the overall production cost. Our predesigned cleanrooms come in a choice of hardwall or softwall options, achieving an ISO class 7/8 production environment.
Predesigned Softwall Modular Cleanrooms
Connect 2 Cleanrooms have been producing cleanrooms for over 40 years so we’ve learnt a thing or two about popular cleanroom specifications and the industries they are commonly used for. That’s why we have created a new range of softwall cleanrooms, designed to the specification of four popular size choices as well as an additional extension option to provide supplimentary space where needed.
Softwall cleanrooms are the most versatile and cost-effective cleanroom solution on the market and have a wide range of industrial uses. Castors provide a mobile cleanroom solution that enables the unit to be transported from one location to another with ease, ideal for injection moulding machines or industries where regular access to the cleanroom contents is required. The alternative option is fixed feet, providing a stable foundation for a static cleanroom solution, ideal for situations where manufacturing space is dedicated to specific operations so the need to move isn’t required.

Alternatively, we also provide and installation and validation service where a member of our team will assemble the cleanroom for you and then validate the unit to ensure optimal compliance.
