Meet the Supplier: Open Day at Connect 2 Cleanrooms
On Wednesday 13th May, we opened our doors to a selection of key clients and leading suppliers for a Meet the Supplier: Open Day at Connect 2 Cleanrooms.
The event was filled with practical, interactive workshops delivered by industry experts, a tour of our fantastic facility, a behind-the-scenes look into the seamless operations that fulfill our clients’ cleanroom requirements, and a chance for attendees to have meaningful conversations to learn more about optimising their controlled environments.
With over 20 years of supporting cleanrooms worldwide, we strive to simplify the world of cleanrooms – and that’s exactly what we set out to achieve with this event. Learn more about our recent open day and how you can get involved with the next one.
Mental Health Awareness Week
May marks Mental Health Awareness Week and, whilst supporting mental health is something we care about all year round, this week provided an opportunity to pause and reflect on the importance of mental wellbeing.
This year’s theme, “Action”, highlights the practical steps we can all take to support ourselves and inspire change for those around us, and that even the smallest acts can make a big difference.
For Mental Health Awareness Week, the Connect 2 Cleanrooms team took part in a range of activities to promote wellbeing and raise awareness across the business:
- Wellness packs filled with helpful resources and self-care items to encourage relaxation
- A team yoga session, giving everyone the opportunity to step away from their desks, get active, and unwind
- Lots of green outfits at the office in support of Wear It Green Day!
- Ongoing support from our in-house Mental Health First Aider, who continues to provide guidance across the business

The wait is finally over! Best practice cleanroom videos are now available on our Content Library!
In our central hub of free resources, you’ll find an expanding collection of industry white papers, product specification sheets, checklists, and now bitesize how-to videos – all available to view and download straight from our website.
Our two latest additions (the first of many!) include:

Interplas 2026
Next week, we’ll be attending Interplas 2026 at the NEC in Birmingham. For over 75 years, Interplas has been the leading exhibition for the plastics sector in the UK, and we can’t wait to take part and learn more about how we can support businesses with their plastics manufacturing, production, and technologies.
