Temperature & Humidity Control
Particle control and temperature and humidity performance need to be balanced in order to create a repeatable environment. Cleanroom performance can be delivered from a cleanroom air conditioning system based on localised AC units. All controlled air needs to be appropriately blended in the ducting before introduction into the cleanroom through ceiling mounted HEPA fan filter units, to ensure temperature and humidity and cleanliness levels are met.
